Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
- We collect what we need to talk to you, run your engagement, and keep the site working.
- We never sell personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising.
- We share it only with the providers that help us run the business, listed below.
- You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@w3blue.com.
Who we are
W3 Blue Content is operated by W3AZUL SOLUCOES WEB LTDA, a limited liability company organized in Brazil, CNPJ 54.637.385/0001-21, with its registered office at Rua Benevenuta Bartlet James, 69, Centro, Florianópolis, SC, 88015-630, Brazil ("W3 Blue Content", "we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy, except where we process information on behalf of an agency, as explained below.
This policy covers w3blue.com, including the W3 Blue Content pages, the private preview links and onboarding forms we send, and our email and call communications. Our services are for businesses, so the information we handle is mostly business contact information.
Information we collect
- When you contact us or book a call. Your name, work email, company, and whatever you write in the message or booking form.
- When you become a client. Contact and billing details, onboarding answers, notes from our calls, brand guidelines, logos, files, and information about your business, market, and goals. We do not receive or store card numbers.
- From agencies. When an agency works with us, it may share information about its own clients so we can produce their content.
- Automatically. When you visit the site, our servers and providers record technical data such as IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, and referring page. Analytics cookies collect similar usage data (see Cookies).
Please do not send us sensitive personal information, such as health or financial details of individuals, unless the work truly requires it and we have agreed how to handle it.
How we use it, and why we are allowed to
- To reply to you and schedule calls, at your request and in our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries.
- To provide the service: plan, produce, review, and deliver your packages, and manage invoices and payments. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To keep the site secure and working, prevent abuse, and understand which pages are useful, in our legitimate interest. Where the law requires consent for analytics, we rely on consent.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, as the law requires.
- To send occasional updates about our services, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Technology we work with
Our strategists, writers, and editors work with a professional toolkit that brings together advanced AI models and established research, analytics, and productivity platforms, such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, HubSpot, Notion, and ClickUp. Every tool is used under the direction of our team. Working with a platform does not mean your information is shared with it: we share personal information only as described under "Who we share it with", and we never use your materials to build products for anyone else.
When we act for an agency
When an agency sends us information about its clients, we process it on the agency's behalf and only to deliver the agency's work. The agency is responsible for having the right to share it and for answering its clients' privacy requests. We help the agency with those requests when asked.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with:
- Infrastructure providers, for hosting, domain, content delivery, and security.
- Communication providers, for business email and call scheduling.
- Analytics providers, for aggregate data about how the site is used.
- Payment processors and banks, to receive payments.
- Professional advisors, such as our accountants and lawyers, when needed.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect rights and safety, and a buyer or successor if our business is ever sold or reorganized.
Each provider receives only what it needs for its task and handles it under its own data protection terms.
International transfers
We are based in Brazil, we work mainly with clients in the United States and also with businesses in other countries, and several of our providers process data in the United States and other countries. When information moves between countries, we rely on the safeguards the law provides, such as the providers' standard contractual clauses and data processing terms, as allowed under Brazil's LGPD and, where it applies, the GDPR and UK GDPR.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not become an engagement: up to 24 months after the last contact.
- Client records, onboarding answers, and call notes: for the engagement and up to 24 months after it ends, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Invoices and accounting records: for the period required by tax law, generally five years.
- Analytics data: according to the retention set in Google Analytics, at most 14 months. Server security logs are kept for a short period.
After that, we delete the information or make it anonymous.
Security
We protect information with encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it, and private, access-controlled storage for the files you send us. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but if a breach affects your information we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm whether we hold information about you, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, move it to another provider, or stop or limit a use of it. You can also withdraw consent you gave us at any time and object to uses based on our legitimate interest. To use any of these rights, email hello@w3blue.com with the subject "Privacy". We may need to confirm your identity, and we answer within 15 days. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
- Brazil (LGPD). You have the rights in Article 18 of the LGPD, including information about who we share data with, and you can complain to the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
- European Economic Area and United Kingdom. You can complain to your local data protection authority.
- United States. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have the rights above, as their law provides. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer anything about you. An authorized agent may make a request for you.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We use:
- Essential cookies, which keep the site secure and make forms work.
- Analytics cookies, such as Google Analytics, which tell us how visitors use the site in aggregate.
- Third-party cookies from our scheduling provider, only if you open the call scheduler.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. Blocking essential cookies may stop some features from working.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will post the new version here with its date. If a change is significant, we will tell active clients by email.
